Cancellation

Failure to pay by the due date may result in booking cancellation. Inaccuracies due to errors or omissions may lead to reissued confirmations and invoices and you are responsible for the correct cost.

When booking directly through our website, we kindly request a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice for all cancellations or alterations, which should be submitted in writing or via email. Cancellations with less than fourteen (14) days’ notice will incur a 50 % cancellation fee.

For cancellations with less than seven (7) days’ notice, the full deposit will be forfeited. Refunds for payments made by credit card will be issued to the original credit card used and credit card administration fees are non-refundable.

Please be advised that these conditions pertain exclusively to bookings made through our official website. Bookings made via third-party websites may have different cancellation policies and we recommend contacting them directly for additional information.

To make amendments to your booking, we kindly request a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in additional charges at AeA’s discretion. All changes must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by management.
